"This is the longest negative review I've ever written but it is needed. We never got the free chips and queso for signing up for the rewards. They need to update the photos on google because there is no meatball sub anymore. They were all out of soda, what bar is all out of soda? They were also all out of rice pilaf. The server we were originally assigned Mila didn't even know she had a table and Bella had to come talk to us and get a new server for us. The new server that we got passed off to didn't apologize for the inconvenience of us waiting for 10 minutes for a server. The Salsa was gross and served warm just so everyone else knows its warm. The server saw that we put the salsa to the side and didn't ask if there was anything wrong with it. She didn't say anything about the burnt fry in our chips that we set to the side so obviously for her to see. We were supposed to get ketchup for the fries but we didn't get any we had to ask even though it's ok the menu that it comes with it, when we did get it there was a small amount and the cup was filled halfway. She kept disappearing for a while, I thought she was serving other tables but she would just completely disappear for a long time when we wanted ketchup and refills, we didn't get our last refill of cranberry juice for 30 minutes and by that time we were done with our food so she gave us a to go cup, we waited 10 minutes to get the ketchup we were originally supposed to get and finished half our fries before getting it. The girl that was supposed to be our server Mila was so quick to take the table behind us and was so nice to them while looking at us multiple times. Bella was super nice she was not our server but she was the best server in my opinion. This place needs some work but at least they have one great server."

"Huge fan of Twin Peaks and so glad one is here. Just don't bring in any uglies, like one of your location does. Sorry, not sorry. So far everyone I saw is beautiful! I mean we come to these places to be served by pretty. Who's kidding who here? Coming from a straight woman, mind you. Anyway service was amazing, drinks were really good and the food was really good. They are SO busy on a Friday, so we came on a weekday. Not busy before 6pm. But after that good luck getting seating. This location has two bars, pretty awesome! Usual Twin Peaks decor, it's pretty cool. Can't wait to come back!"

"Been going to Twin Peaks for 6 months now. A different location than my normal spot. Love the Twin Peaks lite beer with cold beer slushy mugs. The lady bartenders are great. Personable, beautiful, friendly and are part of the great experience I have when I visit. All great bartenders Deja, Jade, Faith, Dakota, Brianna, Megan, Madeline and Danielle. Some of the food I've had Italian Flatbread, wings, Thai ribs and lobster roll. Great for Bears game and Friday lingerie nite is a great bonus. Again girl are beautiful and a great atmosphere. Check it out won't be disappointed."

"Went in for lunch with some friends. We had Patty as our server & she truly made the whole experience great. She was very warm and welcoming with a super fun personality. She was super attentive to us & made sure we had everything on time. Also told me about some good specials & fun drinks they offered which I appreciated. All in all the food was pretty good. Drinks were delicious & service was 10/10. I'd come back just for Patty & the pot roast!"

"First time at the Algonquin Twin Peaks, our server was Patty who was very attentive and Had a great personality. She checked on us regularly and kept our refills full. The food was surprisingly good we had the bone in wings for an appetizer. There was three of us in our party ordered the lobster roll, pot roast, and Philly steak, which were phenomenal. "Food was amazing. Best food I have had at a restaurant in a long time. We came on Saturday around 2:30, our server Mya was so amazing and friendly. Easy to talk to as well. Highly recommend."

"Second time here. The bar tender girls are very attentive and even were happy to charge my dead phone. The manager is very friendly and welcoming. They have multiple bar(s) and seating so you'll never have to worry about seating. The whole place is very spacious with TVs and any sports you want on all the time. The Knotty Brunette beer was the best out of the 3 for Wednesday specials on tap. The beer mugs are super frozen so that's a big plus to visit again. Would most definitely come back with the guys."
